We're looking for a Maintenance Manager with a proven track record of delivering equipment uptime, reliability, and excellent maintenance execution in a high-tech manufacturing environment. This position will lead and direct production maintenance operations at SEA99 and satellite shipping systems at DWS5, ensuring maximum equipment availability and performance through disciplined preventive/predictive maintenance programs, rigorous metric tracking, and continuous improvement.
