The AWS Infrastructure Services team is searching for a passionate and talented Program Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of data center cabling strategy and optimization across our global infrastructure. AWS is at the forefront of a rapidly changing industry, operating at a scale and complexity that has never been tackled before. This role sits at the intersection of tactical execution, strategic program management, and cross-functional leadership.

You'll have unparalleled visibility into how AWS keeps the cloud running — supporting the data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems that millions of customers rely on every day.

This role influences how AWS optimizes its existing infrastructure cabling footprint through data-driven planning and disciplined execution. It is responsible for managing complex, multi-variable programs that span networking, infrastructure, and global decommissioning teams. It will be responsible for developing scalable workflows, process improvements, and reporting mechanisms that drive accountability and eliminate non-value-add activity.
