R2L is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience. Your focused will be owning and executing strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day ROOT team. This role requires robust understanding of under-the-roof fulfillment operations including inventory flows, constrained fulfillment center assets (capacity and labor) and fulfillment technologies.
You will play a critical role in scoping large projects, communicating to senior leadership on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
Key job responsibilities
Define a strategic framework for under-the-roof operations, including driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network
