Do you thrive on transforming complex operational challenges into streamlined automated solutions? The ILS Delivery & Execution (D&E) organization is seeking a technical leader to deliver on some of our most critical and strategic initiatives, supporting our growing fleet. You'll spearhead initiatives to improve the condition of Amazon's branded fleet across North America, and be on the forefront of emerging programs within the ILS org to build the execution framework of the future.
Working along-side ILS Strategy teams, and across GFP field and program teams, you'll leverage your expertise to align stakeholder (internal an external) to deliver scalable solutions that impact millions of customers worldwide.
This role offers a unique opportunity to understand end-to-end functions of ILS and while serving as a technical expert and critical leader for emerging initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design robust forecasting models, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency at scale.
