The Sr. Program Manager for NAS Selection owns the end-to-end program cadence and operational mechanisms that drive selection strategy across North America Retail. This role operates within a VP-level organization, coordinating across 6+ VP organizations and multiple category and technology teams to deliver selection coverage, competitive benchmarking, and gap-closure outcomes at scale.
Key job responsibilities
Program Ownership: Own the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional selection programs, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), sprint planning, and Subject Matter Expert coordination. Author QBR narratives and present findings to L10+ leadership.
Cross-Org Coordination: Align priorities, secure commitments, and drive execution across 6+ VP organizations, category teams, and technology partners. Negotiate resources and unblock teams to increase speed of delivery.
