The Program Manager II serves as an individual contributor within the Protective Services (PS) Business Operations team, who will work across the organization's existing programs to support projects that meet changing customer needs and evolving business requirements. This role reports to the PS BizOps Manager and is responsible for evaluating current services, identifying gaps, and recommending whether new services should be offered as part of the changing environment and centralization of BizOps teams.
This role requires operational acumen, strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work across multiple programs simultaneously.

- Work across existing BizOps programs to support projects that address changing customer needs and business priorities
- Evaluate current-state services and identify gaps, recommending whether new services should be introduced as the organization centralizes
