AMZL North America Learning & Development(L&D) team provides onboarding trainings and continuous education to all the non-exempt and exempt team members hired across the North America network of AMZL.

L&D program management team is looking for a highly motivated program manager to support existing and new training programs, own all the business reporting, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working with team members in the field. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results.
