Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Recipient Experience

Recipient Experience (REX) empowers customers to track and manage their deliveries, know exactly when their orders will arrive, and discover new ways to shop along the way. REX pages are some of Amazon's most-visited destinations, serving hundreds of millions of customers with billions of visits annually.

As Senior Product Manager – Technical, you'll define and execute the product strategy for how Amazon surfaces order-related information to customers — ensuring the right details reach the right surface at the right moment. You'll own the end-to-end Order Details experience, determining what information customers need to see, when they need to see it, and how it's organized to help them manage their purchases with confidence.

This is a highly strategic role shaping experiences that touch every Amazon customer multiple times per order, driving significant attributed sales and customer engagement.
