AMZL ORBIT PMO is looking for a highly proficient and motivated Program Manager to own our IMR program reporting and lead the charge on Internal AI Integrations & Efficiencies across NA Last Mile. The Program Manager will manage the operating rhythm that keeps IMR reporting, budget audits, and fleet management on track for L8+ leadership, while also driving a growing portfolio of AI-powered automation projects designed to eliminate manual, repetitive work across the ORBIT PMO organization.
This is a unique role that blends traditional program management (calendar management, monthly reporting, cross-functional SPOC coordination) with hands-on ownership of automation and AI efficiency initiatives — from playbook automation to legacy tool deprecation to Page 0 dashboard automation.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable running a disciplined monthly reporting cadence and designing the next automation that removes hours of manual work from the team. They bring strong program management fundamentals, are curious about applying AI and automation to operational problems, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders across Finance, Fleet, and Operations.
