We are looking for a finance-minded Program Manager to support capital planning operations, co-own the annual operating plan (OP1/OP2) process, and contribute to broader strategic programs across the Technology Supply Chain (Tech-SC). This role sits at the intersection of finance, process automation, and program execution — you will support the capital appropriation request (CAR) process, help pull together business cases and OP entitlements, and provide the financial rigor that shapes how Tech-SC plans and allocates investment.
You do not need to be a career finance professional — but you should be comfortable with financial concepts, able to build a business case, and eager to grow into a role where financial analysis drives program decisions. This is not a passive reporting role: you will co-own the OP1/OP2 planning cycle alongside the Rhythm of the Business PM, help drive automation of capital planning processes, and execute on the cross-functional Supply Chain Organization Program Enablement (SCOPE) portfolio alongside the broader team.
