We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of new customer-facing delivery offerings within Amazon's Sub-Same Day (SSD) delivery network. This role owns the end-to-end program lifecycle — from pilot design through network-wide scale — for initiatives that introduce new speed, precision, and scheduling capabilities to customers.
You will drive the expansion strategy, own the economic sustainability framework, and serve as the connective tissue between operations, science, tech, finance, and CX teams to ensure new offerings scale with confidence. This is a VP-level visibility role where you will shape how Amazon evolves its fastest delivery experiences.
