As a Program Manager on the Transportation Engineering Systems (TESS) team, you will learn how Amazon's proprietary transportation systems make decisions to move packages from the fulfillment network to customers. You will manage system configuration changes that control those systems, working directly with business leaders and program teams to create new transportation flows and design configurations that execute at scale.
In this role, you will execute network design changes, dive deep into package flows, troubleshoot system errors, identify process improvements, and build automation, analytics, and reporting capabilities leveraging AI.
