We're looking for a Startup Launch Program Manager to drive the end-to-end launch of dark store facilities for our Quick Commerce business. You'll own the critical path from construction handoff through first delivery—coordinating across real estate, construction, operations, supply chain, and technology to bring new sites to life on time and at quality.
This is a high-visibility role where your work directly translates to market expansion and revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
- -Own the full launch lifecycle for new dark store sites, from site readiness through operational go-live
- -Drive cross-functional coordination across construction, operations, supply chain, and technology teams during the startup phase
- -Manage critical path milestones including permitting, vendor mobilization, equipment installation, and operational readiness
