The Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to be the single-threaded owner of operational strategy and program management for a portfolio of safety programs that directly reduce musculoskeletal disorders and drives cultural safety change across hundreds of Amazon fulfillment sites. This is a high-visibility role responsible for defining the multi-year roadmap, driving measurable efficiency gains, and delivering results that scale.
You will own the operating model for how WESE plans, funds, deploys, and measures its highest-priority initiatives. This means partnering with technical SME teams as they identify operational problems and scope solutions (both near-term and long-term). You will lead a team responsible for establishing the PM plan to deploy structural projects end-to-end, document efficiencies and benefits in cost, speed, and quality.
