Are you ready to shape the operational backbone of Amazon's Global Procurement Organization? We're seeking a Program Manager III to execute the framework and governance that delivers our large-scale, cross-collaboration strategic initiatives. In this role, you'll drive project performance enhancements and process optimization while partnering with leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders across all organizational levels to realize comprehensive global improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
You'll collaborate with Global Procurement Organization Pillar business strategy & execution leaders to ensure successful project outcomes that enable the delivery of our vision and strategic imperatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact programs that span geographies and organizations, using performance improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and change management to drive meaningful results.
