The WHS Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) team is seeking an experienced Safety program manager to develop, implement, sustain, and improve Amazon’s programs, policies, and procedures.
Additionally, this role will conduct research to continuously improve Amazon’s safety programs with a focus on meeting current and future needs, evaluating current programs for gaps in effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of analysis principles and best practices, will have experience integrating programs into operations, and will have successfully deployed sustainable programs in the field.
