Principal Program Manager , Selling Partner Trust

We are looking for a Principal Program Manager to join Amazon's Account Integrity team — the front line of defense protecting sellers from account takeover and fraud. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll lead the Seller Account Takeover charter, driving risk analysis, executing roadmaps, and delivering customer-facing outcomes that directly safeguard the trust of millions of sellers on Amazon's marketplace.

This role is ideal for a builder and strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong program management rigor, and can influence across engineering, machine learning, product, and operations teams. You'll zoom out to shape long-term strategy and zoom in to drive execution — earning trust quickly, influencing without authority, and making the teams around you more effective. You will directly manage and develop a small team of Program Managers, guiding their growth and ensuring program delivery excellence across the charter.
