Amazon's Frontier AI Assets (FAI) team works to improve the quality of data used to develop and evaluate AI models. We draw on subject-matter expertise from a range of sources to help assess and improve the data that supports our AI work. The program requires coordination across multiple teams, effective dependency management, and continuous process improvement to deliver high-quality results.
This TPM role's scope includes defining program strategy, streamlining processesacross teams, and leading cross-functional development teams from design through delivery. You will be accountable for researching relevant industry trends, identifying gaps in current processes, and communicating your vision for improvements to senior leaders. You will work closely with science and engineering teams to support high-quality outcomes. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control.
