Amazon's Worldwide Design & Engineering (WWDE) organization is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Advanced Concept Team. This team drives system-level design for early-stage fulfillment center concepts — defining next-generation automation solutions before they enter traditional design phases, at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and engineering feasibility.
You will lead complex, cross-functional program initiatives that transform early-stage concepts into executable programs — coordinating across multiple engineering organizations and partner technology teams. This role requires navigating highly ambiguous problem spaces where business problems, program strategy, and technology solutions are not yet defined. You will own the organizational mechanisms and operational processes that enable the team to execute effectively — driving rhythm, accountability, and resource alignment.
