We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Technical to own the product and service roadmap for Amazon Connectivity Service (ACS) as we expand our connectivity offerings — including cellular (eSIM/iSIM), Wi-Fi access, integration with satellite (Leo), and Amazon Sidewalk. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of connectivity technology, cloud services, and enterprise product management. You will define what ACS builds next, why it matters, and the customer connectivity experience.
Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for ACS connectivity services, including eSIM/iSIM orchestration, multi-network switching, Wi-Fi offload, and emerging technologies (satellite, Amazon Sidewalk), encompassing both internal development and partner integration. Gather customer inputs to develop product strategy, translate complex connectivity capabilities into customer-centric offerings, and manage the interplay between consumer and IoT connectivity technologies.
