Ring SMB team is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead the product strategy and execution for our growing Small & Medium Business (SMB). You'll own the end-to-end product experience for how businesses manage their Ring security cameras — including multi-site management, web dashboard for SMBs and AI-native products that solve businesses’ needs.
This role sits at the intersection of security hardware, software platforms, and emerging AI capabilities. You'll define how business owners and their teams interact with Ring's security products across mobile and web, driving features from concept through scaled rollout. If you're passionate about solving complex product problems for underserved customer segments and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, we'd love to talk to you.
Key job responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for SMBs — defining the north star vision and experiences for business customers on the Ring app; developing a strong understanding of business customer needs and building 0 to 1 products that address those needs.
