ALA is our selective MBA leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of transformative product leaders. The program provides a multi-year pathway for ambitious MBA graduates to work on high-impact initiatives, receive mentorship from senior executives, and accelerate their journey toward becoming future senior leaders at Amazon and elsewhere. ALA participants work directly with senior executives to identify customer needs and scale innovative solutions into transformative businesses.
