Join AWS as a Technical Program Manager and scale Ask AWS, AWS Marketing's conversational, AI-native customer experience that helps millions of AWS customers discover and understand the right services through natural conversation. In this role, you'll connect product, engineering, design, applied science, and partner teams across the organization, driving the alignment needed to ship a GenAI experience that reaches customers across AWS digital properties.
Ask AWS sits at the intersection of GenAI, product, engineering, and design, which means navigating multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex technical dependencies. You'll bring it all together by working closely with engineers to drive features to completion, building the processes and mechanisms that let the team sustain a fast delivery cadence, and communicating the impact of what we're building to the broader organization.
