AWS builds the custom silicon and platforms that power the world's largest AI and machine learning workloads. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the most complex, cross-organizational programs behind AWS's AI accelerators — Trainium and Inferentia.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of ambiguous, high-stakes programs that span silicon, hardware, software platforms, and ML frameworks. You will bring structure to ambiguity, drive alignment across many teams, surface and resolve the critical path, and hold a diverse set of stakeholders accountable to commitments.
You will be the connective tissue that turns a portfolio of independent efforts into a coherent, on-time delivery — and the trusted voice leadership relies on for a clear-eyed view of status, risk, and the decisions that matter. This is a rare opportunity to shape how purpose-built AI infrastructure gets built and shipped at scale.
