Head of Measurement, Forecasting, and MarTech, eero

eero is seeking a Head of Measurement, Forecasting, and MarTech to own the strategy, infrastructure, and execution of marketing measurement science, demand forecasting, and martech across eero's retail sales and marketing organization. This role is the center of data within our retail and marketing organization — translating marketing performance data into actionable frameworks for customer acquisition and retention across all channels.

You will partner with Business Intelligence on foundational data needs while using that data to solve complex business challenges and drive cross organizational insights. This is a high-autonomy, high-ambiguity role that requires someone who can operate at the intersection of technical systems, marketing strategy, and financial rigor.
