We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Outbound Communications team at Amazon. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation outbound messaging platform.
You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that enhance our ability to deliver personalized, timely, and relevant communications to millions of Amazon customers worldwide across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and emerging technologies.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for Amazon's Outbound Communications platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Manage a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.
