Are you passionate about transforming how Amazon's senior leaders make strategic talent decisions? Amazon's Senior Talent and Transformation team is seeking an exceptional Principal Workforce Strategist to revolutionize workforce planning across our global organization.
You'll advise senior leaders to transform how we align talent investments with business needs. This isn't about capability planning; you're building new capabilities for senior leaders to challenge how work is done and influencing leaders to align on the new way of working leveraging AI. You'll work in a high-visibility, high-ambiguity environment with direct interaction with senior leaders, and close partnership with Finance and Business Ops.
