Are you energized by the challenge of executing complex hardware deployments across Amazon's robotics network? The RTS Process Engineering team is looking for a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to drive retrofit execution across our fielded fleet of autonomous robotics systems.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of hardware modification and firmware update programs across active fulfillment centers, ensuring safety-critical retrofits, supplier quality resolutions, and product upgrades are completed on time and to specification.
You will manage programs from intake through site execution — coordinating material procurement, site scheduling, third-party vendor oversight, and post-installation verification. Your work directly protects the availability and safety of robotics systems that power Amazon's fulfillment network, making you a critical link between engineering teams who design improvements and the field teams who implement them at scale.
