We’re seeking a sharp, strategic Senior Program Manager to architect the sales motion for agency Upfronts—driving clarity, scale, and impact across teams.
Key job responsibilities
Main responsibilities
Partner with the Head of Agency Upfronts to elevate the sales strategy, messaging, and operational excellence of the Upfront program across the Agency team and broader sales organization.
Design and orchestrate all components necessary for successful agency sales engagements, including defining objectives, scope, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Equip sales teams and managers so they can operate more efficiently and strategically at every stage of the Upfront process. Gather and prioritize team needs and challenges, collaborating with partner teams to develop scalable solutions. The long-term and ongoing goal is to force-multiply the effectiveness of the team.
Actively contribute to shaping the long-term structure and mechanisms of the Upfront program—enhancing yearly cycle planning, improving decision-making frameworks, and up-level tools and infrastructure.
