AWS Billing Contract Onboarding is looking for a technical leader who thrives on solving complex operational problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert on contract onboarding — owning end-to-end execution of complex workflows, influencing the team's roadmap, and driving process improvements that directly impact how quickly and accurately customers get up and running on AWS.
You'll bring deep operations experience and a strong understanding of how AI and automation can transform operational workflows at scale. You'll lead through expertise, not hierarchy: mentoring peers, partnering across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Engineering, and setting the bar for operational excellence.
