We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to be an autonomous contributor to the next generation of self-service tools that will scale to serve our customers globally. You will own features end-to-end across the full software lifecycle — working backwards from customers, design, implementation, testing, deployment, operations, and documentation — delivering high-quality, maintainable code that others can confidently extend.
You will take on projects where the business problem and technology strategy are understood but the implementation is not yet fully fleshed out, balancing constraints and limiting short-term workarounds. While the next-gen tools are built out, you will also help maintain and enhance the current solution stack, and you will mentor other engineers, using code review as a teaching mechanism.
