Build the mission-critical backend systems that ensure advertisers worldwide are taxed correctly, invoiced compliantly, and rewarded appropriately — designing tax calculation services, government e-invoicing integrations, and promotion engines that power billing across Amazon's global advertising business. Your code will directly impact how we calculate and apply advertising taxes across jurisdictions and orchestrate incentive programs that drive advertiser growth.
The TAP (Tax & Promotions) team within Amazon Ads owns the services that handle tax compliance, regulatory invoicing, and promotion consumption for Sponsored Ads, DSP, and vendor billing across worldwide marketplaces. You'll work on challenging backend problems in a high-impact domain — building scalable, maintainable distributed systems that process billing at global scale.
