Prime Video Ads is at the center of monetizing the Prime Video experience—delivering billions of ad impressions across Live Sports, VOD, Channels, and Ad Tier. We are seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead feature development programs for the Channels team.
You will drive ad monetization programs, cross-PVA platform features, and end-to-end delivery with external channel partners—coordinating across PVA engineering teams (Supply, Delivery, Signals, Ad Insertion) and partnering with organizations across Prime Video and Amazon Ads.
The ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, thrives in cross-org coordination, and has a bias for action. You are comfortable in technical architecture discussions, challenging trade-offs, and balancing business needs versus technical constraints. Sound judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence are essential.
