We are looking for a Manager of Software Development to lead a team of engineers building a multi-agent AI platform. This platform enables organizations to design, compose, and deploy autonomous AI agents that collaborate with each other and with humans to execute complex workflows — from code generation and analysis to decision-making and task orchestration across enterprise systems.
The work sits at the frontier of agentic AI: multi-agent coordination, tool use and function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, conversational interfaces, and scalable job execution. The underlying architecture is cloud-native and polyglot, spanning real-time APIs, event-driven compute, analytics pipelines, and integrations with large language models.
The platform is built to be modular — agents are composed from reusable skills and tooling, making it possible for teams across the organization to create, share, and evolve intelligent automation without starting from scratch.
