We're looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical backbone of the Shop Direct Business Development team within Amazon's Off-Amazon Selection (OAS) program. In this role, you'll partner closely with Account Managers and Business Development to convert merchant interest into live, scalable integrations — removing the technical friction that stands between off-Amazon and hybrid brands and their selection going live on Amazon.
You'll be the go-to technical expert across the merchant lifecycle: scoping integration requirements during recruitment, guiding merchants and their feed syndicators (VersaFeed, GoDataFeed, Productsup, and others) through SP-API role access and catalog integration, and troubleshooting onboarding issues so listings surface reliably in the Shop Direct search widget. You'll translate merchant needs into technical solutions and feed real-world friction back to product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
