As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining forecasts across varying time-horizon granularity that capture the full lifecycle of AI hardware components flowing through our FA Lab — from inbound volume planning and sorting through testing, repair, sparing, and dispositioning.
You will partner closely with Operations, Leadership, Finance, Engineering, Systems and Analytics teams to translate customer demand signals into actionable operational plans that drive throughput, optimize capacity utilization, and ensure on-time delivery of spare parts back to the fleet. This role requires strong cross-functional communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities across a global network, and a passion for building repeatable, scalable planning processes in a fast-paced reverse logistics environment.
