Are you passionate about solving problems that impact customers around the world? Amazon Global Logistics is looking for a Cross-Border Logistics Specialist to join our Cross-Border Carrier Center (XBCC) in Nashville. In this role, you will investigate and resolve carrier exceptions that could delay international package deliveries to over 200 countries.
Your work directly fuels the Amazon flywheel: every case you resolve keeps delivery promises on track, strengthening customer trust and driving repeat purchases across our global marketplace. You will use data analysis, collaboration, and attention to detail to ensure packages move seamlessly through our export network.
