We are seeking a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence to own Delivery Quality and Metric Readiness for Amazon Now's entire Quick Commerce (QC) network. This leader will be accountable for post-dispatch quality outcomes — DEA, DNR, concessions, and VOC — and for ensuring the QC network has the right metrics, defined correctly, prioritized appropriately, and ready to operate against from Day 1.
This is a high-visibility role that demands executive presence, quantitative depth, and a bias for resolution over reporting. The right candidate works fluidly across Tech, Product, Program, and Operations, thrives in fast-moving environments, and turns ambiguity into structure.
