Preference would be for candidate to possess extensive experience handling defense civil litigation in GA counties with significant file handling in GA state and federal courts. Insurance defense experience preferred with concentration in larger commercial lines cases as a plus. Proven trial advocacy skills are required, as well as the ability to proactively and independently manage individual caseload working on a team with a paralegal.
