POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is growing our Global HRIS team and seeking a HRIS Analyst to support day to day HR systems operations across regions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational HR systems capability within a global HR technology environment. You will support HRIS operations, reporting, data integrity, and testing across Workday, ServiceNow, and Greenhouse, while contributing to projects that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Working closely with HRIS colleagues in Dublin and Boston, as well as HR and Technology partners globally, you will play an important role in delivering scalable support and global coverage across the team.
