The Amazon Advertising Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns on Amazon. This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth, increasing product visibility, and maximizing advertising efficiency through data-driven campaign management.

Develop and execute full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies aligned with sales, profitability, and product growth objectives.
Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and Amazon DSP.
Manage advertising budget, campaign structures, bidding, keyword strategy, and audience targeting to achieve revenue, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics and make real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency
Conduct keyword research, target audiences, and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities
Develop and test advertising strategies for new product launches, promotions, seasonal events, and priority products, including new targeting, bidding, and creative approaches.
Analyze advertising performance using Amazon data and relevant third-party tools and translate insights into clear reporting for leadership.
Partner with Content & SEO, Product, Sales, Analytics, and Amazon account teams to align paid media with broader business priorities and stay current on Amazon Advertising capabilities and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, performance marketing, retail media, or eCommerce advertising
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central advertising console
- Strong knowledge of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets and demonstrating measurable business impact
- Experience with third-party advertising platforms such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Teikametrics, or Skai to manage and optimize campaigns at scale
- Deep knowledge of Amazon's advertising ecosystem including Brand Analytics and Market Basket Analysis
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience in the beauty or CPG industry preferred
