Compensation:
$55.00-$65.00 per hour
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- · Determining project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements and assigning personnel accordingly.
- · Analyzing and establishing project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
- · Designing and conducting technical studies and tests to confirm product performance and sustainment viability.
- · Creating and managing detailed project schedules by calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
- · Monitoring and coordinating ongoing project activities, identifying, and resolving issues to maintain project timelines.
- · Controlling project plans through continuous review of designs, specifications, and schedule changes while recommending necessary actions to management.
- · Preparing comprehensive project status reports, analyzing trends, and providing strategic recommendations.
- · Responsible for planning and execution of engineering development efforts for a cross functional engineering and logistics team.
- · Responsible for overseeing and managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
- · Providing a blend of strong engineering expertise and proven project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- · Serve as a key liaison for the FST lead and various stakeholders, including clients, engineering teams, and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- · Developing and maintaining project plans, staffing plans, and related planning documents to support FST tasking.
- Minimum Experience Requirements: · Has over three (3) to 10 years of experience in Engineering and Logistics program/project management.
- · BS or BA degree in Business Administration or a "Relevant Technical Discipline".
- · Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods, in an office environment.
- Desired Experience: · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Degree in an engineering field is strongly preferred.
