About the Role
As GTM Operations, you’ll manage and grow Nabi’s team of Provider Partnerships Managers. The team works in the field, meeting directly with healthcare providers to build trusted relationships and help more patients access Nabi’s care.
You will establish best practices with the team, build the team’s operating cadence, own hiring, monitor performance, and create the playbook we need to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our Provider Partnerships Manager team, helping each person improve their performance.
- Establish the team’s operating cadence, including goals, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, training, and performance management.
- Own hiring for the team end to end, from defining candidate profiles and interviewing to closing and onboarding.
- Monitor pipeline health and team performance, using data to identify problems, understand their root causes, and drive improvements.
- Build the Provider Partnerships playbook, turning what works into clear, repeatable processes as the team scales.
