Senior Caregiver-
New York, NY
A family in New York, NY 10025 is seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver for their aging loved one starting ASAP. This family is a close-knit, invested family who is looking for someone to provide quality care and intentional interactions with their family member.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Family Specifications:
Smoke-free and pet-free apartment with elevator and doorman located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, near the No. 1,2 3 subway line.
Family values open communication and building a long-term relationship with the right caregiver
Responsibilities:
- Companionship.
- Meal preparation for late breakfast and supper.
- Bathing and hygiene support
- Some shopping.
- Ability to use the computer for online ordering and navigation
- Walking in the neighborhood when weather permits.
- Assistance in getting to medical appointments when family members are unavailable.
- Keep open communication with the client’s family.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements:
- Prior senior care experience
- CPR and First Aid certified
Compensation
Compensation:
Full-time position at an annual salary of $60-70,000
