Role Overview:: The System Administrator I is responsible for the administration, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure within a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of systems across on-premises and cloud environments.
The incumbent will manage incident resolution, system maintenance, network configurations, and cloud operations, while delivering high-quality support to internal stakeholders and customers. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to operational and security standards.
