Our Partner team is hiring a key new team member to drive Intellistack growth for its ISV Reseller motion. This role is focused on acquiring and growing new ISV partners – software systems of record who deploy Intellistack’s AI-native workflow automation platform as the system of action within their software products.

Who You Are:

• You have thrived in ISV Sales roles with pipeline generation, pipeline development & revenue growth as the day-to-day focus
• You are motivated by the opportunity to act as startup within a growth company
• – this is an individual salesperson for our ISV motion, within the broader partner and sales organization

You have a proven track record of generating opportunities within specific target accounts; in this case, systems of record within the vertical focus of Intellistack (healthcare, higher education, insurance, software)

You have an AI-first mindset - leveraging AI tools to help you automate your productivity, scale your impact & overdeliver on performance objectives

You are growth-minded and are quick to roll-up-your-sleeves and learn new things, particularly around Intellistack products – AI-native no-code workflow automation that incorporate data classification, data fabric, data collection, document automation, digital signature and extracting data from files.

You love to solve problems and are always excited about tackling the next challenge

You are comfortable working with technical partners who will be building solutions around our products

What You’ll Do:

• You will own a sales quota for our ISV Reseller Sales motion – including quarterly quota, partner-sourced pipeline, and forecast accuracy for both new and existing ISV Partners

How You’ll Succeed:

Consistent opportunity generation from target segments - software systems of record within healthcare, higher education, insurance and software verticals.

• Great communications with new and existing partners, and cross functionally across Intellistack
• Impeccable follow-up
• Ability to think systematically & execute processes at scale
• Deliver against key performance metrics measured by partner generation, progression and revenue
• Manage weekly quarterly forecast and continuous pipeline updates
• Strong execution of hands-on day-to-day work (web meetings, calls, emails, follow-up, social media)
• Set the bar for AI-first operations for Intellistack’s GTM and partner teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of ISV Sales experience
• Effective communicator with an attention to detail
• Fearless, adaptive attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale our sales engine
• Proven experience performing against quantitative metrics
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools for productivity
• Great coachability
• Technical proficiency with Intellistack products
