Digital Distribution Coordinator

A24 is looking for a Coordinator to support strategic business efforts for our Digital Distribution team. This role will assist in the maintenance of business accounts by facilitating partner communication efforts, monitoring on-platform pricing accuracy and  providing administrative support as well as organizational efforts for new business opportunities.  This role will support the sales & merchandising workflows to ensure pricing and windowing accuracy, keeping the strategy team informed of the latest patterns in competitive

releasing.

This is a hybrid position, minimum 4 days per week in office, and we are open to candidates who can work from either our New York or West Hollywood locations, with a preference for LA-based candidates.

Role Responsibilities:

• Sales & Merchandising
• Support sales submission process & track price promotions
• Document partner promotion solicitations & provide title recommendations for review
• Prepare sales forms reflecting promotional strategy for partner submission
• Track sale acceptances & on-platform promotion
• Maintain competitive merchandising tracking efforts
• Check and log competitive release dates across global territories
• Track talent and seasonal opportunities for drafting
• Track trends in competitive studio pricing
• Ensure accuracy of customer-facing pricing
• Monitor platform pricing on and off of promotion
• Account Administration
• CRM & partner communications
• Maintain accuracy of partner communication timelines to ensure seamless outreach
• Maintain up-to-date partner details in CRM (e.g. updating contract entries, keeping contact records & mailing addresses, visitation schedules, etc.)
• Develop & manage title screening plans around upcoming events to ensure partner invitation & engagement
• Work closely with PR managing  team ticket allocation to accommodate partners
• Ensure accurate of latest dating details on all internal materials
• Support organization direct distribution expansion efforts
• Aid in market research as needed
• Monitor new products in the market to inform new business opportunity
• Travel to support markets & festival scheduling on the ground as necessary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate experience
• Previous experience in administration or customer service
• Proficient in Excel & Google Suite, experience with AirTable encouraged
• Acute attention to detail & organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence

• Humble, personable, diligent, hard working

• Our target hourly rate for this role is between $22 to $25 per hour. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting hourly rate within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
