As an Administrative Assistant at Access Systems, you’ll play an important role in keeping a busy team organized and on track. From coordinating schedules and supporting billing to tracking orders and managing inventory, you’ll be involved in several areas of the day-to-day operation.
This is an entry-level opportunity, so previous administrative experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for technicians.
- Create invoices and prepare information needed for billing.
- Track orders, equipment, and procurement activity.
