identifying where intervention matters most, proving value through hands-on customer and engineering engagements, and scaling successful outcomes through reusable solutions, Microsoft programs, and the partner ecosystem.
We are seeking a Senior
Technica l
Program Manager to lead the Acceleration Engine’s program management function and operating model.
This leader must combine program leadership with hands-on technical depth, designing and building multi-agent systems that can coordinate work at organizational scale—not merely adopting AI tools, but engineering an AI-enabled operating model.
The successful candidate will act as the single operating integrator for the Acceleration Engine
, translating strategy into an executable portfolio, ensuring that the organization operates as one system, and creating the mechanisms through which customer engagements become repeatable business and product impact.
