As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the Microsoft AI (MAI) organization, one of Microsoft's fastest-growing businesses, you will execute people strategies that enable organizational growth, talent excellence, and business impact. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will serve as the strategic integrator across HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated people solutions that accelerate business outcomes.
Operating within MAI's agile, mission-driven environment, where cross-functional squads work in rapid planning cycles, you will help leaders navigate growth, organizational change, and evolving business priorities.
